After surviving the trial by fire, we arrived in Edmonton, went for dinner at my Dad's, and then I stayed up 'til 5am writing a teleplay for a BBC contest called Undercover. My first attempt ever.
The house pictured above, however, is a picture of Vicki's folks' place.
And then we packed and went to Russ and Heidi's Wedding.
when can we read the screenplay?
Dunno. Haven't decided how public to make it. It's incredibly vainglorious of me to even worry about it, but what if it actually is good and someone nicks it and submits it to Fox and they become rich on the proceeds and then die of a cocaine overdose or something. The guilt would be incredible.
So, you, matt, can read it now; I'll send you the link. The rest of the world will have to wait for broadcast. (Or, and this is far less likely, until the beeb tells me it's shit.)
